January Feature: The Immune System


To function well, the immune system needs balance and harmony.  Many things can affect the immune system, including diet, exercise, age,  psychological stress, and genetics.  Figuring out the massive defense system that is our immune system is incredibly complex.  Healthy living is a good way to start giving your immune system the upper hand.
